It is very common for the OEM bracket to crack and fail on the original up pipes, now we offer an upgraded replacement that is fabricated from 3/16" 304 stainless steel, this bracket secures your down pipe and prevents movement within the exhaust system. If the downpipe is not secured with a bracket it can contact the up-pipes and cause damage to the exhaust.
