The L5P's stock setup leads to a ton of soot buildup on the MAP sensor over time requiring constant cleaning. S&B's MAP Sensor Spacer, once installed, significantly decreases the amount of soot buildup so you have one less thing to worry about. We were shocked at the amount of build-up that occurs over such a short period of time. This is one of those small things that makes a huge difference in reliability of your L5P.
