Wagler Competition AS-Forged connecting rods are the perfect solution for engines making 1,000HP or less. The AS-forged manufacturing process allows for the strength of forging, yet keeps the cost down by removing some of the extra processes that are put into the competition series rods. All drafting, design, programming, machining, assembly, and QA performed in-house at Wagler by qualified and experienced personnel.
Features:
- Made in USA from 4340ACQ certified material, forged by Trenton Forging
- Utilizes factory replacement bearings
- Honed to factory specifications, fits factory pistons with no clearancing required
- Machined in the vital areas
- Shot peened to reduce stress risers
- Balanced to a +/- 6 gram standard
- Dual angle tongue & groove design to help maintain true bore
- 1000HP rated
